Fictiv, a global manufacturing and supply chain company, today announced its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fictiv.com\/ebooks\/2025-state-of-manufacturing-report\"><strong><em>10th Annual 2025 State of Manufacturing &amp; Supply Chain Report<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, based on a survey of 254 senior manufacturing and supply chain leaders, which reveals a growing sense of uncertainty driven by tariffs, trade wars, and geopolitical instability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite these challenges, the report also shows significant momentum in areas like onshoring, AI adoption, and increasing reliance on digital manufacturing platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cConcerns about tariffs and trade wars are clearly top of mind for manufacturing and supply chain leaders,\u201d says Dave Evans, Co-Founder and CEO of Fictiv. \u201cWe\u2019re seeing a level of global uncertainty and supply chain disruption we haven\u2019t seen since 2020. However, the report also shows that companies are embracing new technologies and strategies to build more resilient and agile supply chains.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-findings\"><strong>Key Findings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-global-uncertainty-on-the-rise\"><strong>Global Uncertainty on the Rise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>96% <\/strong>are concerned about the impact of current trade policies, and 93% believe trade wars will escalate in 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-supply-chain-disruptions-accelerating\"><strong>Supply Chain Disruptions Accelerating<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>77% <\/strong>report a lack of resources limits their ability to manage the supply chain effectively, and 68% prioritize onshoring as a key strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-scaling-production-more-difficult\"><strong>Scaling Production More Difficult<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>91% <\/strong>face barriers to product innovation, and 86% report sourcing parts takes time away from new product introduction.
